the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2000 during the 7th round. He has played
with four teams to date: Oakland Raiders (2004); New Orleans Saints
(2006); Houston Texans (2007); and currently, the New York football
Giants, as either inside or outside linebacker. |

* Started three straight seasons (2002 –
2004) with the Jaguars and Raiders.

Voted defensive co-captain by Oakland Raider teammates (2004)

Career totals include 576 tackles (384 solo), 5 sacks, 6 forced fumbles, 2
fumble recoveries, 16 passes defended and 2 interceptions.

Graduated with a degree in communications and attended graduate school.

Three-time honorable mention All-Big Ten at Illinois…Ranks 6th on school’s
career list with 384 tackles, just past Pro Football Hall of Famer Dick
Butkus…Started 44 of 45 games played in 4 seasons.

As a senior in 1999, he was named honorable mention All-Big Ten…Started all
12 games and recorded a career-high 122 tackles, 3 sacks and an
interception…Had a team-high 115 tackles as a junior…Also had 2
interceptions, 7 passes defended, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.

ACTIVITY

Established his own charitable foundation, the “Danny Clark 55 Foundation (www.dannyclark55.com)”
to benefit children in Chicago.

He is also vice president of the Country Club Hills Youth Foundation.
• Hosts an annual “Shop with a Jock” program during the holiday season…

Aspires to work in broadcasting one day and has made numerous appearances on
TV and radio.
