Raiders cruise to next round

Sandburg has already won one game against 'Brook in a thrilling 13-6 in overtime during Week 7, but not tonight as the Raiders cruise to the second round 26-7. Even with senior phenom Aaron Bailey sitting out (coach's decision), the Raiders rocked the Eagles in a 36-7 victory Friday night in Orland Park. Early on Sandburg dictated the game with an early 7-0 lead until the third quarter when the Raiders began to spark. Sophomore quarterback Quincy Woods scored three touchdowns to lead the way. The Raiders (8-2) hopes to have Bailey, who has missed five games with a sprained knee, and running back Omar Stover (sprained ankle) in the lineup when it hosts Neuqua Valley next weekend.
