ACADEMY INFORMATION

WHO: Boys/Girls entering grades 4-8 in the fall of 2009

WHEN: Session 1: July 11 to 12, 2009 (2 day camp)

Session 2: July 18 to 19, 2009 (2 day camp)

Session 3: July 25 to 26, 2009 (2 day camp)

Session 4: Aug. 1 to 2, 2009 (2 day camp)

WHERE: O'TOOLE GYMNASIUM (Sullivan Center)

TIMES: Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Sunday 1:00 am - 5:00 pm

COST: $55 per session

Camp Special: Any (2) Sessions for $99.00

$199.00 family special for O'Toole families with multiple registrations (all sessions for entire family $199.00)

The Academy is geared towards boys/girls who want to learn and improve on their fundamentals - and have FUN doing it! Our coaching staff will work with the campers on the following skills every day:

	Lay-ups
	Form shooting
	Passing and catching
	Ball handling and dribbling
	Rebounding and defense
	Agility, Quickness and vertical jump development

Campers will also enjoy numerous daily contests and full-court games. All campers will receive an O'TOOLE BasketballAcademy T-shirt.

A typical daily schedule at the O'TOOLE BasketballAcademy:

Saturday

9:00 - 9:30 am      Loosen up / triple threat
9:30 - 10:00 am    Lay ups and team shooting contests
10:00 - 10:45 am Fundamental stations
10:45 - 11:15 am Daily individual contests
11:15 - 12:00 pm Full-court games
12:00 - 1:00 pm   Lunch (Campers must provide their own lunches)
1:00 - 1:30 pm      Team shooting contests
1:30 - 2:00 pm     Motivational Speaker (TBD)
2:00 - 2:30 pm      Fundamental stations
2:30 - 3:00 pm      Full court games and competitions

Sunday

1:00 - 1:30 pm      Loosen up / triple threat
1:30 - 2:30 pm      Defensive Zone Drills/Man to Man
2:30 - 3:30 pm      Offensive Motion Drills
3:30 - 5:00 pm      Full court games and competitions

Gatorade and Healthy Snacks are provided daily.

Campers Must Bring a Lunch for Saturday Sessions.
