Caravan
continues to roll
CHICAGO
- After pulling off the upset last weekend against Naperville North on a
B-I-G field goal by Ben Fallon, the Marist faced the Mount Carmel
Caravan. Going in
to the game, the RedHawks were looking to quarterback Mike Perrish and
running back Bill Seiler for a victory. |
|
On the other side of the ball, the Caravan
looks to Lynch for offense and Dimitrius Carr and Nathan Ollie for
defense. |
|
Well, on this night, in front of a sold out,
standing room only stadium, Mount Carmel was just too much for Marist.
one of the few times the Marist fans had something to cheer about |
On the opening drive, Marist controlled the
ball for well over 7 minutes and a score to start the game. But after
that, it was all Mount Carmel including a history making run for 98
yards by Byron Stanford. |

Members of the Dolton Bears organization
were spotted in the large crowd. |
The Caravan holds a 6 - 0 lead in the series.
