Rich Central win in overtime. . .

Flossmoor - (10) Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings struggled in the rain against our number 4, Lincoln-Way East Griffins, 29 - 0, in a Southwest Suburban conference game and Amateur Sports News Network was there. The Griffins defense limited the Vikings to -1 yards of total offense. "We were questioned and the guys started taking that personally and played hard and physically tonight" said coach Rod Zvonar.

The first half was a physical defensive game with the Griffin's able to score 9, but, in the second half, three separate players were able to score touchdowns: Spencer Stanek, Kevin Starke, and Pete Merenowicz.

Despite the final score, standout, Mike Buchanan continued to encourage his team.
