ASNN365 - This is the week of positioning.... many team are trying to position themselves in the best possible spot for the playoffs including several conference rivalries. Plus, IHSA had to adjust a new state record.

Sandburg 42, Joliet Central 6
Tres Oliver had an 80-yard touchdown run and Jermell Harris added two more scores for Sandburg.

Andrew 30, Thornwood 12
Andrew's Jarvis Franklin ran 21 times for 71 yards and a touchdown. Kevin O'Neil completed 13 of 16 passes, throwing one touchdown and running for another.

St. Ignatius 62, St. Joseph 30
St. Ignatius quarterback Alex Miceli was 14-of-17 passing for 330 yards and five touchdowns, including touchdown passes of 50, 75 and 75 yards. Kicker Julie Kurek made eight PATs in the game for the Wolfpack (5-2).

T.F. South 42, Hillcrest 12
Cody Krillich had touchdown receptions of 43 and 28 yards in the win for T.F. South.

Tinley Park 21, T.F. North 14
Tinley Park improved to 5-2 overall (2-2 in conference) behind 106 rushing yards and two touchdowns from Hassan Abdullah.

Argo 22, Evergreen Park 16 (2OT)
Running back Kaylen Sturges collected 95 yards and two touchdowns for Argo.

Homewood-Flossmoor 28, Lockport 21
Malik Norman finished with 256 rushing yards and three touchdowns for Homewood-Flossmoor.

Robeson 29, Harlan 20
Robeson quarterback Juwane Pipkins went 7-for-11 for 175 yards and two touchdowns.

Payton 36, Little Village 18
Justin Smith rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns and Billy Grayson had 80 yards rushing and a touchdown for Payton (3-4). Jack Kalanik recorded 13 tackles on defense.
